PAM14 - Secrets Utilities

This file contains a set of workflows and tables to provide a set of utilities for managing Okta Privileged Access (OPA) Secrets, and associated folders, policies and users. There are four utilities, in the form of emailed reports:

  1. Produce a tree-view of secret folders and secrets with attached policies
  2. Show access for a specific user
  3. Search for part of a secret name
  4. Show access to a resource (folder/secret)

The flows use two connectors: Google mail and Okta Privileged Access.

There are seven tables in the solution. But there is no data the needs to be pre-loaded, there are a set of flows to load the data in.

There are three sets of workflows:

  1. A set of LOAD*** flows that must be run in order to load all the data into the tables. The main flows (LOAD10, LOAD20, LOAD30, LOAD40 and LOAD60). The other LOAD** flows are helper flows for the main load flows.
  2. A set of REPT*** flows. These are the reports listed above and can be run in any order. They will pull data from the various tables and present it in an email. They are configured to be run as Delegated Flows within the Okta console, so you need to have that mechanism configured first. When calling the delegated flow, it will prompt for the email recipient.
  3. A set of UTIL*** flows. These are utility flows used by the other flows.

To use, make sure you have Delegated Flows configured and the two connectors defined, create a new folder and import the file in, then work through each flow to enable it and check it's using the correct connectors.
