What is Workflow Office Hours?
Workflow Office Hours is a one hour virtual session for Okta customers that are interested in:
- Talking to the Workflows specialist team about potential use cases for Okta Workflows
- Share what they are working on with other Okta customers
- Get a detailed overview of the platform in a group setting
Who is the target audience?
The target audience is anyone using Okta Workflows. These personas would likely include the following:
- Okta Administrators
- Architects and Business Analysts
Additionally, as Okta Workflows will soon be available in an Okta Free Trial, those who are looking to purchase Okta Workflows are also encouraged to join.
How do I join Office Hours?
To join Workflow Office Hours, you need to reserve your place in an upcoming session. Customers can make a reservation by going to the Workflow console home page and clicking the link titled Office Hours Schedule in the top right.
The calendar will then be displayed where the user can select the date and time of the upcoming session and then add themselves to the respective Office Hours call. Once the user adds themselves to the event, they will be emailed the event details, including the Zoom link to join.
