PAM 11 - Sudo Import

This download contains four files related to the Workflows-based sudo command bundle import mechanism for Okta Privileged Access.

The four files are:

  • pam11SudoImport.folder - Workflows bundle with table and flows

  • Test_Sudo_Commands.xlsx - sample command file to be loaded onto a Google Drive

  • OpenLDAP_Ubuntu_User_commands.xlsx - set of OpenLDAP user commands to be loaded onto a Google Drive

  • OpenLDAP_Ubuntu_Admin_commands.xlsx - set of OpenLDAP admin commands to be loaded onto a Google Drive

To use this download you need to:

  1. Create a Google Drive with a sudo rules folder and store the xlsx files there as Google Sheets docs

  2. In Workflows create two connections, a Google Drive connection and a Okta Privileged Access connection

  3. In Workflows create a new folder and import the .folder file

  4. Go through the flows and make sure the correct connections are being used

  5. Ensure you have the right permissions setup so an admin can see and run the delegated flow

You can then load up the sample files using the MAIN flow via the Delegated flows menu in Okta.
